At ELVIRAH, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and comfort. If you experience any issue with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size (subject to stock availability and eligibility).
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- The product should not show signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is required.
ELVIRAH reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear or use.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product received
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit (where applicable).
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our quality team.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD returns:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method after verification.
- Customers may be asked to provide bank account details for processing.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product sent by ELVIRAH
Return shipping charges will be borne by ELVIRAH.
If the return is due to:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind (if accepted)
The customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Provide clear photos and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.
If the returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the request may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
