Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability and location.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refused

the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Address Changes

Address modifications may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Currently, ELVIRAH ships within India only.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (if available) will be shown during checkout.

ELVIRAH reserves the right to limit or disable COD for selected locations or orders.
